Whether you’re looking for an exciting evening out on the town or a quiet afternoon in one of the spectacular art galleries in Great Falls, you’re sure to find something to relish that suits your style.

Great Falls has a wide variety of events and attractions. The annual Night of Jazz and Spirits features some of the finest jazz music in the area along with The Art of Wine Tasting Event. Looking for something a bit more historic? You’ll want to attend the Lewis and Clark Festival, held every June throughout Great Falls.

Of course, you’re always welcome to explore our great outdoors! Take a hike along the River’s Edge Trail which will lead you along the Mighty Missouri River and the Great Falls.  Or, if walking the links is a bit more your style, we invite you to make a tee-time at any of our great 9- or 18-hole golf courses.

And, who could forget about Montana’s State Fair held at the Montana Expo Park, right in the heart of Great Falls!  With 12 days jam-packed with entertainment, exhibits and carnival rides, the Montana State Fair is the place to be. A number of fair packages and coupons are available, so it’s easy to see the big game performers you want, and you can save money on the midway!

Whatever you’re after, Great Falls has it and so much more!

1. The Lewis and Clark National Historic Trail Interpretive Center
In 1804, Lewis and Clark set out to explore the newly purchased Louisiana Territory.  The Expedition's 8,000-mile journey across western North America brought them to Great Falls, now home to the Historic Trail Interpretive Center. Built into a scenic bluff with spectacular views of the Missouri River, the center's exhibits and ranger programs bring alive the indomitable spirit of exploration. Entry fee is $8.00 and children under the age of 16 are free. Call 406-727-8733 for more details

2. Discover Downtown Great Falls – the historic and economic core of the Great Falls community.  In addition to business, downtown is also home to a unique collection of antique shops, art galleries, boutiques, restaurants, and salons.
